Standard Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return through Order Status. For eligible orders, you have up to 15 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Items ineligible for a return include:
- Customized/Personalized Products
- Opened Bundles
- Opened Sealed Decks
- Opened Sealed Packs
- Drape & Stitch Gift Cards
- Drape & Stitch Technical products (technical support incidents, tickets)
How to Return
To initiate a return, sign in to the online Order Status page with your Drape & Stitch account and password.
After your sign in, click the edit orders button to view your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click Return Items link. On the next page select the item(s) you would like to return and click continue.
Next, provide the reason for return and any additional details in the comments section of the form. Once you have provided these details and ensured they are correct, submit your return request and check your email for the confirmation.
Once we receive your request our customer support team will review the circumstances and may issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.
Should your request be approved, you will be provided a return label using the original shipment address for your order. Verify the contents of your return, print your address label and packing slip. Affix the address label to the outside of your return package. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip.

If you do not have a Drape & Stitch account, or the item you've received is incorrect or
damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@drapeandstitch.com.
Our representatives are available Monday — Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
* Returns are subject to approval on several determining factors including, but not limited to, the basis for return, an evaluation of your unique situation, previous account cases, order volume, and whether your order contains customized items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled an order and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request if it is within the cancellation window. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid for any portion of an item with your Account balance, and are owed a refund for returning or cancelling it, we issue that portion of refund back to your Account balance.
